Description
Yellow patissons or scallopini, F1 hybrid. Very tender and tasty delicacy vegetables. Patissons, scallopini or "flying saucers" are various names for this tender delicacy vegetable. The yellow fruits with decorative green spots are particularly tasty and delicious when harvested very young. They appear in large numbers on the bushy plants as they are picked. They can be steamed, used in strips as a colorful component in salads, grilled and stewed.
