Description

Green-headed yellow Wilhelmsburg' is a yellow, tender-fleshed turnip with a sweet and spicy taste. In addition, it also has excellent feed value. Turnips can be steamed, boiled, served in curries with garlic and lentils, or deep-fried in strips. But be careful to rotate crops, because of the risk of cabbage hernia.
