I wanted to reduce the Sriracha in the oven (to extend its shelf life), but I guess the lids weren’t made of porcelain 🤷🏻♀️
So now I have to start all over again. I feel pretty dumb 🙈

Ach je, das waren wohl Kunststoffverschlüsse....Es gibt aber auch Ersatz aus Porzellan, schau mal bei gläserundflaschen....Du kannst sie auch im Topf einwecken, dann aber unten ein Gitter oder Tuch rein. Ich hatte mal vergessen, den Deckel auf den Hochleistungsmixer zu machen, und das mit Heidelbeeren bei meiner Schwägerin......
