Hi, I still have a lot of green fire beans left, and I wanted to clear out the garden bed. Temperatures here could drop below zero next week. Are the beans edible at this stage? I usually harvest them when the pods get dry.

Das interessiert mich auch bei mir hängen auch noch ca 20 solche großen Feuerbohnen... 🤷Die Hülle ist wahrscheinlich zu faserig wenn dann nur die Kerne.
