Today was a wonderful day! Office work can wait—what’s the point of being self-employed, anyway??!!! Filled up the raised bed, put together a mini greenhouse, and planted the remaining cabbage plants, lettuce, and garlic! I also sowed broad beans and winter peas and harvested the remaining quinces. The May turnips are slowly coming along, and there was also lettuce and plenty of leafy greens! I’m going to try the shoots from the chayote I harvested today—after all, they couldn’t have been planted for nothing!
