Tomaten, paprika und Auberginen schneiden, etwas Salz drüber, in den Ofen 180° 1 Stunde.
Grob püriert + Pfeffer, + Sambal oelek und genießen 😋.
Oder noch mal heiß machen und in die Gläser, noch lange im KS haltbar.
