Yesterday I added a few things to the entry for the "Elisabeth" blueberry in the encyclopedia, and as far as I can tell, everything was rejected. 🙈 But the main thing is that the location is listed as "shady" 🤣 I didn’t even know that before. I’ve got to move mine into the shade quickly. Maybe they’ll get even sweeter then 🤣

Die Elisabeth soll eigentlich nicht schattig stehen, da es sonst länger dauert bis zur Blüte, Reife, Süße 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ja, die Elisabeth möchte es nicht zu schattig, also Halbschatten bis Sonne, solange sie nicht zu intensiv und heiß ist. Heidelbeeren wollen es generell eher kühl und feucht. Bei diesen extremen Sommern wird es dann schnell zu heiß und zu trocken. In der Sorte ist deshalb jetzt Halbschatten angegeben und in der Anleitung steht Sonne bis Halbschatten. Sie dürfen auch niemals Trockenstehen - das wäre ihr Todesurteil.
