I didn’t just give up my red cabbage (Amarant variety) to the cabbage white caterpillars and flea beetles without a fight. It’s already developed small heads. My question is, when should I harvest it at the very latest? I’ve also just harvested my last cucumbers. I only had one plant, but it yielded about 9 kg of cucumbers. I’ve been pickling them in vinegar over the last few weeks, and today I made some braised cucumbers. Now I have about 2.5 kg left. What else can I do with the cucumbers? Does anyone have any ideas?
