This year was the first time I managed to grow an oil pumpkin all the way to harvest; last year, a vole killed the plant... But today, I got plenty of seeds and some delicious pumpkin soup. 😋

Ich dachte immer,der Ölkürbis ist nur im jungen Stadium eßbar. Man lernt nie aus.

Essbar ist er schon, schmeckt nur fad und wassrig. Da gibts viele bessere Sorten. Aber wenn man ihn wegen den Kernen hat (ich hab auch ne Pflanze) werd ich ihn auch nutzen

Wir haben viele andere Gemüsesorten und Ingwer, Curry und Chili hinzugefügt, war wirklich lecker in Summe. Und wir wollten ihn auch nutzen, wo er schon mal da war 😊
