The raspberry harvest is only 1/4 of the usual amount, but it’s something. A small harvest of carrots, pears, and apples. The apples are falling from the tree because of the drought. Normally, they’d still be hanging there for a long time #weisserwintercalvill. After pruning the wild perennials, they’re slowly starting to bloom for the second time. The rain is good, but it’s just the beginning. The subsoil is bone-dry. The ollas were filled today with two liters each, despite the rain.
