...a tough year for tomatoes 😳 ...I'm currently "begging" for a few tomatoes 🙏 from friends who got seedlings from me....my own are just barely enough for daily use...🤷 ...but I really want to can a few jars of Bolo to stock up—last year’s supply is almost gone... ...Today I blanched the first “batch,” peeled them, and put them in the freezer for now... By the way, I don’t throw the skins away—no, I dry them and later use them to make a tomato-herb seasoning salt... 🤷
