This is now my most lush garden bed. It has three pumpkin plants, two tomato plants, parsnips, bush beans on one side, and runner beans on the other. The tomatoes are so-so this year. Many of them have few or no fruits. 😥I harvested the rest of the garlic because the cucumbers are taking over now. The black currant bush is getting a “tree bath.” Then hopefully I can put in the metal edging, otherwise the compost will wash away again when I water it. After that, I’ll add wood chips as mulch.
