Delicious and meat-free! 😋
Buttered vegetables, @New Zealand spinach & @orache, tzatziki...
Scrub the baby carrots well, chop into smaller pieces if desired; cut the kohlrabi into sticks; blanch the carrots and @kohlrabi for a few minutes until al dente; rinse under cold water; drain; dice the baby potatoes from the day before. Sauté the carrots in a little peanut oil over high heat, add the kohlrabi and potato cubes, toss in a pat of butter, and season with raz-el-hanout, chopped @parsley, and @cilantro... Serve with tzatziki or sour cream...😋😋😋

Wie immer sieht das sehr gut aus und ist bestimmt lecker! 😋
Da fällt mir ein, dass ich ja auch Wein habe und mal wieder gefüllte Weinblätter machen könnte.😋
