Aside from a few failures, there are also some plants that just keep growing and growing 😊 For me, for example, this year it’s #arugula, shiso, and Mongolian steppe chives.
So I’m looking for suggestions on what else to do with arugula besides pesto and salad, and I’d love to hear your recipes

Was ich total lecker finde ist ein herzhafter Kürbis Pie. Ich glaub das Rezept hab ich von Enie backt.
Quicheteig, darauf richtig viel Ruccola. Dann Gorgonzola drauf verteilen, Saure Sahne/Schmand/Creme fraiche mit Eiern, geriebenem Parmesan, Thymian, Salz und Pfeffer verrühren und drüber kippen. Oben drauf kommen im Ofen gebackene Hokkaido Kürbis Spalten. Backen und warm oder kalt genießen. 😋🤤
