The wine barrels are now filled and planted on the patio. Inside, a "Crimson Bonfire" dwarf peach and a "Nectarella" dwarf nectarine are growing. They are underplanted with cascading thyme, which is meant to eventually hang over the edge, as well as with cushion thyme. But first, our youngest had to attach feet to the barrels, armed with a cordless screwdriver.
