Dahlia 'Alfred Grille' is an unusual cactus dahlia that outshines other summer flowers with its large flower heads in pink and yellow. Dahlia 'Alfred Grille' grows best in warm, sunny places with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. In order for the summer flower to develop optimally, you should ensure a planting distance of 40 cm. Between July and October appear numerous flower heads with a diameter of 15 cm.
F1 Hybrid
Not frost resistant
Since the dahlia bulbs are not hardy, they should be removed from the ground before winter and overwintered frost-free. Regularly plucking out the wilted flowers will encourage the formation of new flower buds. After planting, initially keep the soil moist. Store in a cool, airy place until planting time.
