Description
Sperli chicory lettuce "Sugarloaf" (Cichorium intybus) forms firm, light green, cone-shaped heads. It is cold-tolerant and storable. The tart taste becomes milder by cutting out the heart (outer leaves more bitter) or soaking in lukewarm water.
