The carpet aster 'Snow Flurry' looks like a flurry of snow in the fall! The numerous small, white flowers dance like snowflakes in the wind. Due to the creeping growth of this perennial, its flowers decorate the ground like a blanket of snow. The cultivar name of the (bot.) Aster ericoides var. pansus 'Snow Flurry' already indicates that the gardener must be prepared for a veritable flurry of snow in his garden. The flowering period is between September and October. The growth habit of the carpet aster 'Snow Flurry' is very special. It grows creeping and is an unusual and attractive ground cover. This robust and healthy aster is very easy to care for and makes few demands. The carpet aster 'Snow Flurry' is an aster variety that is not yet very common here. Unjustly so, because it rewards every gardener with abundant flowering in the fall. Its growth is very unusual and is a real asset, especially for unusual gardens, as it quickly overgrows large areas in a short space of time. Even though it is undemanding, it should be planted in sunny spots with a little humus. Beautiful companions: Ceratostigma, salvia, sedum, grasses, bulbous flowers
