Description

The winter aster/cushion aster 'Sapphire' is an interesting perennial that looks great on shrubs, hedge walls and embankments. The flowers of 'Sapphire', for example, serve as an important food source for native insects. Phlox is one of the few plants that bloom in late summer and is the perfect counterpart to spring flowers and autumn-flowering garden plants.
