Description

Sugar melon "Masada F1 Hybrid" is a medium-sized and high-yielding variety. The fruits have a pleasant, juicy and sweet aroma. Served chilled, they are very refreshing. They do well in front of south-facing walls, in cold frames or in greenhouses. "Masada F1 Hybrid" is yield-safe due to natural resistance to the dreaded Fusarium wilt (races 0, 1, 2).

Growing tips

Planting out: End of May - beginning of June in a protected, sunny place, on black foil or in a cold frame. It is best to plant them in fertile soil with rotted manure. Re-fertilize twice. Pruning of the main shoot after the 5th-6th leaf gives higher yield.
