Description

The variety comes from Bolivia and belongs to the species Capsicum baccatum. The plants grow spreading, but unlike other tree chili varieties branch early and can grow up to 1.60 m/1.7 yd tall. They are also suitable for planting outdoors. They bear masses of orange chilies that can grow up to 6 cm/2.4 in long and have an intense spiciness with a slightly fruity flavor. Ideal for making sauces, salsas and powders.

Non hybrid

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

A variety that actually grew well and evenly from the beginning without any problems. Despite quite delicate shoots, the little plants in the garden quickly became quite large shrubby plants with a lot of fruit.
