Description

De Cayenne is a red pepper elongated shape about 10 cm/3.9 in long and hot, spicy flavor. Ripening from green to red. Bushy growing. Very thin-walled. For salsas, sauces and dips. The chilies can be dried very well and are then ideally suited for the spice mill.

Growing tips

Very warm, sunny and wind-protected location is advantageous. Cover seed only lightly. Germination after 8-10 days at 22-25°C/72-77°F. Harden off before planting. Keep evenly moist and fertilize regularly. Cut off fruits.
