Happy Sunday 😊, This is my little harvest for today. These are the last grapes we have, and I’m almost too late 😵‍💫, because they already smell like they’re starting to ferment when you sniff them. There are still a few tomatoes hanging there, and the eggplant… well! They’re all so limp and hard this year. Really strange. And yes… lemon verbena. I have a question for you all. Do you “just” dry it, or is there anyone who ferments it like tea? I once read that you can apparently do that, but I have absolutely zero experience with it.
