Earlier this week, we had another great harvest. 58.7 kg of beefsteak tomatoes this size, 3 bunches of yellow beets, 8 bunches of red beets, red and white onions, and—once again—monstrous zucchini. In addition, it will soon be time to harvest from our apple orchard. We mainly grow Cox and Holsteiner Cox varieties here. The trees are bearing fruit well, even though they’re only between 1.50 and 1.80 meters tall. You can click on the photos to enlarge them.
