A quick update on the melons: After the melon plants were recently stripped bare by hail—except for a few stems—just look at this! It’s as if the plants want to show me that they still have sooo much strength left! So many female flowers and little balls... I’m so happy! I’m curious to see how many will make it to maturity. With this hot summer, they actually still have a chance.
