Thanks to @patronbernard for the inspiration for the zucchini hummus! I just swapped out a few ingredients and adjusted the quantities. It tasted great with my potatoes 👩🏽‍🍳🫡😋

Schnittlauch und etwas Basilikum statt Petersilie, außerdem sind noch etwa 10 Cashew-Nüsse drin 😄
