With everything life has been throwing at me lately, I haven’t had a chance to harvest the sugar snap peas regularly. The weather, of course, didn’t help, and some had already been eaten by the bean moth. Luckily, my 4-year-old helped out diligently with shelling them. A whopping 190g of peas. Just enough for a taste. On the left are the (somewhat) dried ones. Is that supposed to happen? I can’t remember if the seeds were originally that mottled. Second picture: seeds for next year. Can I just let them dry out completely in the bowl like this?
