Yesterday, in the sweltering heat, I visited the old ring kiln brickworks in Werder (near Berlin)—an impressive structure and a wonderful site with endless possibilities for creative people, as the owner would like to see the grounds come alive with art and artists of all kinds. Some corners invite you to linger more symbolically, but there’s also plenty to discover—for example, the portrait sculptures of the brickworks’ last workers or the models for relief tiles... Back home today, I enjoyed the beautiful weather—a bright blue sky, blazing sun, and (unfortunately quite cold) fresh breeze with a postcard-perfect view, and the spotted flycatchers are here—I even managed to snap a photo of one. Ah, it’s so nice when days off are this lovely 😊

Wow! Toll! So was liebe ich!
