...I was pretty blown away! 😳...I went to my local vegetable farmer, and he already had new little potatoes... ....I just had to take some home...🤷...The skin on these young ones is so thin that it almost came off completely when I washed them... ...I then whipped up a real deluxe dinner with them: Cut the little potatoes into sticks, fried them in the air fryer with just a tiny bit of goose fat from the Christmas goose, seasoned with salt and cilantro... Served with a small piece of Munster and goat cheese on the side... So delicious! 😋😋😋
