Description
The blood sorrel is an undemanding wild plant with a pleasant sour taste and is much milder than the well-known sorrel. Due to its red veining, blood sorrel is suitable as an ornamental plant. Despite its positive effect on the organism, blood sorrel should be consumed in small quantities.
