Description

The variety "Rosa Bianca" is particularly beautiful to look at with its white, oval fruits, which when ripe become veined pink-purple. Its flesh contains few seeds, which makes it a special taste experience. Only its cultivation is not so easy, because the melanzani requires very warm and humid growing conditions.

Non hybrid

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

It is recommended to pre-swell the seeds in lukewarm water for a long time before sowing. When planting can help a cold-protective film, later supports are recommended. Eggplant feels particularly well in a nutrient-rich and moist soil, avoiding waterlogging. If its skin gives slightly, it can be harvested.
