Description

"Escariol greener" is a late, hardy, storable variety with broad, cupped, slightly toothed leaves and a firm heart.

Growing tips

Endives are light germinators, so cover the sowing only weakly. Good for tying and for wrapping but do not tie wet plants. For impact dig up the plants with root ball, remove bad leaves, place them close together in moist sand or sandy soil and cover with slit film for a few days.
