Description

Brussels sprouts are a particularly delicate winter vegetable. The purple florets / sprouts of the variety "Red" have a more aromatic and pleasantly sweet taste than comparable green varieties. The natural purple color intensifies after frost. Harvesting can be done over a longer period of time. Height of growth about 100 cm.
