Description
Early variety, firm in cooking. It tolerates drought, has low nutrient requirements and stores well. Altesse has a smooth, yellow skin and always gives good yields. 110-130 days of ripening.

Growing tips
Pre-sprouting is recommended for higher yield and greater resistance to diseases. This potato variety is very suitable for the so-called plucking. This means that around the time of flowering (from June) you can possibly already carefully harvest individual tubers from the potato bushes, as they are very shallow under the soil in the mounded rows.
