Growing tips

Ribwort plantain, sorrel & co. are characterized by the fact that they thrive excellently without human care, as they are extreme survival artists. They should be kept in a pot or garden in a sunny to semi-shady place and as cool as possible. However, the herbs do not tolerate wet feet very well. Incidentally, as a lot of leaves are produced in summer and very few in winter, freezing them in the freezer after harvesting is a good alternative to enjoying fresh herbs.
