The large, black seeds found in the fruit are suitable for growing. In specialty fruit stores and sometimes in supermarkets, the fruits are available. One uses sandy, lean soil and buries the seeds at a depth of about 2cm. Germination occurs at 20-25°C, usually within 3 weeks. However, it can take up to half a year for them to germinate.
