Description

Gochugaru is a traditional variety from Korea. It is used dried for the production of chili flakes and powder. It is also mainly used to make kimchi. It can also be used to season other Far Eastern dishes.

Growing tips

Pre-plant from February/March. As soon as the temperatures are stable and warm, the plants can be transferred to a pot or bed. As with all chili peppers, the "king flower" should be removed.
