Sweetie is a high-yielding cherry tomato. Its plants are approx. 2 m/2.2 yd tall, cold-tolerant, robust (tolerant to late blight and blossom end rot), tolerate several shoots and can also be grown outdoors. The countless fruits grow on long panicles, are aromatic, sweet and burst-resistant. Delicate growth (early support).
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Germination in 8-14 days at 20-25°C/68-77°F. To speed up germination, pre-soak the seeds overnight in a damp cloth. You should only plant out the pre-germinated plants after the last frost. Tomatoes need fresh, well-fertilized, well-drained soil that is kept moist (but not wet!). They should be planted in a sunny, sheltered spot with at least 6 hours of sunlight, preferably more. Growth habit approx. 180-250 cm/2-2.7 yd high, pole tomato. Early ripening, 55 to 69 days.
