The Schabzigerklee is one of the best cheese spices. Ground leaves and flowers produce a spicy, curry-like flavor. A great spice that can be used in many different ways. For example, for savory rolls, salads, cream cheese and casseroles. It tastes somewhat milder than its relative fenugreek. It also has a place in folk medicine, where it stimulates the appetite, aids digestion and soothes coughs.
