Description
The seed vetch or forage vetch belongs to the legume family (Fabaceae) and is a small-grained, annual, herbaceous, happy green manure and protein-rich forage plant that grows up to 80 cm high. Strong weed suppression due to high green mass formation, strong rooting of the soil, good soil rigidity, high nitrogen enrichment. Not hardy. Self-pollinating. Self-propagating. Insect friendly.

Growing tips
Before sowing, loosen the soil slightly and rake smooth, then sow broadly and work in. Freezes safely in winter and can be easily worked into the soil. Do not grow before or after other legumes. Good with cereal crops. (From Bingenheimer Saatgut).
