It looks like curly parsley, but it is cut celery, a pretty variety that allows you to always have fresh celery to hand, even when space is limited in the garden. It is a robust plant that is closely related to wild celery and can withstand temperatures down to minus 12°C. Sown in spring, it can be harvested for a whole season, even well into the winter. Zwolsche Krul originates from the Netherlands.
