Description

Pointed cabbage 'Caraflex' is a sweet gourmet pointed cabbage for raw vegetables, stews and as a vegetable garnish. The loosely layered pointed heads weigh between 800g and 2 kg. The leaves are crisp and have a mild sweet flavor with delicious aroma. 'Caraflex' is very suitable for preparing hearty cabbage stews and also makes a tasty creamed vegetable. It can be used as a substitute for Chinese cabbage in stir-fry or stir-fry dishes. However, its tender leaves are also good eaten raw. ' Caraflex' is a F1 hybrid with good resistance to the soil fungus Fusarium oxysporum.

Growing tips

' Caraflex' is a very early pointed cabbage with a culture period of only 75 days from planting to harvest. The seedlings can be planted in the bed in several sets from early April to mid-August. The heads are then ready for harvest between the beginning of June and mid-November.
