Dark green, finely ribbed, medium-sized pointed head. Weight 0.5-1kg. Very early harvest the following year when sown in the fall. Deliciously tender and sweet. Winter hardy. Suitable as a salad and vegetable.

Sow from March for pre-cultivation, direct sowing from May or fall sowing from mid-August to mid-September (then plant out in mid-October). Germination in 8-12 days at 16-20°C. Hoe in vegetable fertilizer before planting and after overwintering. Cover with foil or fleece to bring the harvest forward. Sufficient watering prevents bursting. Further growing tips for the species pointed cabbage.
