Wild rocket is an interesting flavor addition to many dishes. Serrated, deeply bent, very aromatic leaves with a slightly nutty flavor. It is hardy and withstands heat well. It is little known that the plant is edible at all, because growing wild it is considered a typical weed, sprouting on walls and in paving joints. The leaves can be picked continuously and are versatile.
Non hybrid
Frostproof
Germination after 10-14 days at 15-18°C. Cover seeds only lightly. Can also be sown in broadcasted form. For continuous harvesting, cut them preferably at the base, so that new leaves sprout. To prevent the leaves from getting a bitter taste, remove the flowers in time. Can be sown in the greenhouse all year round.
