Description
'Cabeza Negra 2' has a medium sized, full round head of blackish red color. The variety is short-stemmed and of fine quality. Red cabbage can be used freshly cut as a salad, steamed and braised. The variety still gives good yields even on less demanding soils. Also suitable for storage.
