The garden grass star 'Alba' is an interesting perennial that presents itself with white flowers from June. The deciduous foliage has a medium green color. The individual leaves are lanceolate. The preferred location for the garden grass star 'Alba' is a sunny position with well-drained, loose and sandy garden soil. Under optimal conditions, Rhodohypoxis baurii 'Alba' grows like a carpet and reaches heights of up to 15 cm and widths of around 15 cm. The garden grass star 'Alba' looks good in rock gardens, for example.
