snowdrops love loose, humus-rich soil, which should be slightly moist during the development and flowering period. Snowdrops do very well in the perennial bed between late-flowering perennials. Larger clumps can also be tidied up and divided before or after flowering. Do not shake off adhering soil. Plant as early as September until they have established themselves. In the year after planting, often only a few leaves appear and the flowers usually only appear the following year.
