Proven variety for early cultivation under glass and film and for outdoor cultivation for autumn harvest. Forms large, round, firm white heads. Vegetable suitable as a garnish, for salad and for frosting. Height of growth about 30 cm/11.8 in.

Likes nutrient-rich, moist soil. Loosen frequently. By buckling some of the leaves, the flower remains white. Care: Sowing is done from February - April in the warm and from May - June in the open ground in seed trays. Sowing depth 0.5 - 1 cm/0.2-0.4 in. Prick out after the 2nd leaf. From the end of March planting in the greenhouse or foil cover in the open ground. Spacing 40x40 cm/15.7 in.
