Description

"Tatsoi", also called "Rossette Pak Choi", is a very close relative of the common Pak Choi with blistered dark green leaves and broad white ribs. The leaves stand in a dense, compact rosette that can be harvested whole or just individual leaves. Mini Pak Choi has a mild flavor. Resistant to cold, flavorful with a mustard note. Best suited for salad, as a vegetable or for soups. "Tatsoi" also tastes great steamed in oil or prepared like spinach.

Non hybrid

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

Germination after 8-15 days at 15-20°C. Early outdoor sowings only grow under fleece. Tatsoi is extremely heat tolerant. Frost resistant.
