Description
Eine ursprüngliche alte Sorte aus der Türkei. Kam wahrscheinlich während der Kriege Ende 19. Jh. nach Italien. Sie ist kälte- und krankheitsresistenter als die herkömmliche Aubergine. Hat die Größe eines Apfels, rot-orange und rund. Schärfer im Geschmack als Aubergine, leicht bitterer.
